[access-uk] FTP Explorer and Firewalls

I am pleased to say that I have finally solved the problem I posed this
afternoon about the apparent need to disable my firewall to use fTP
Explorer.
By carefully comparing the Profile settings on the two machines I
discovered that it is necessary to have PASV mode selected to avoid the
problem. I have no idea what this is - perhaps I should have studied the
Help system more thoroughly before raising it on the list.
Apologies if anyone has wasted time puzzling about it.
