[access-uk] FREE DOWNLOAD MANAGER

Hi all,
I'm having problems stopping this from running at startup. I have unchecked FDM in MSCONFIG but still it insists on coming up when I want to run SATOGO.
There's obviously something else somewhere. Any pointers very welcome. Thanks.
