Hi Sunil, Gena and all. Yes I have heard that Nildram does offer a good service and Gena it could be an option for your need for plenty of data. The more expensive package of £25.99 would probably be needed though and if you went for the static IP you would pay an extra 33.50 a month. Not cheap then but one would hope for good quality. While I think of it, if you want binary newsgroups access, forget plusnet! they only offer access to text groups. I have preserved them carefully and they will be very helpful in making a decision. Availability of initial Technical Support (without extortionate cost!) is one of my priorities, but I am unlikely to be a heavy user and run into problems with the download limits set. I simply want to get away from such anoyances as spending 2 -3 hours over downloading a 30 mb file or audio streams breaking up etc. Douglas On 31 May 2006 at 10:09, Georgina Joyce wrote: > Hi > > Well I don't want to throw a spanner in the works but it depends upon what > you want from your ISP. > > I personally feel that Graham has neglected to state that plus net have > just about to chop up their support.
