Take a look at John Wilson's 'excel from the keyboard'.
There, you will find you will be able to build it up quite simply.

Subject: [access-uk] Excel formula wanted

Hi

Please could somebody help me with a excel formula?

I want to keep track of some money in my bank account, just
say I have £3000 in my account and I withdraw a different
amount every other day depending on the exchange rate, it
could be £288 one day and £305 another day, I enter the
amount on my spread sheet and I would like excel to
automatically enter the amount what's left in column c, and
I would also like it to keep track of the total amount I
have spent out of the original £3000, what is the best
formulae for doing these in excel, I use office 2003.

Regards

Adrien
