Hi Darren, Did an Ethernet cable not come with the router? Bad show if it didn't. This cable is often required to set the router up in the first place and to make the necessary wireless settings. Once things are installed and set up, you can then revert to wireless and do away with the cable. My sister is trying to set up her first wireless connection, but has become slightly perplexed by one thing in particular! The directions and accompanying diagrams show a physical connection between the router and the laptop via a Ethernet cable. Which means of course that its not wireless at all! Could someone please explain to a couple of wireless newbie's what this actually means? Many thanks.
