Carol, I have today upgraded from Nod32 to Essett Smart Security and it is most certainly fully accessible. Not sure why anyone should need a hone number. All is explained on the website. If you are already a user and have a license, then you need to know your user name and password, but you will get a new one when you download the updated version. I used the typical installation rather than the customiseable version and all went well. It is now much easier to change anything and check what is happening. The graphical interface has gone and you just use your tab keys and the up and down arrow keys. It has not slowed down my pc at all, and is well worth the cost. I had time left on my bnod32 licence so did not pay the full charge. I would guess that three years of cover for Esset Smart Security would be around £80 or £90 which looks very reasonable if it works as well as it appears to. The firewall is very useable as well, so I would recommend anyone to give it a go. I believe you can have a thirty day free trial, so what have you got to lose. I don't think you will regret it. Hi Alexander, Oh, I don't remember seeing this number so I've taken it for future reference. The one I gave yesterday was 01202 5488888. I don't know if it still works but, if it does, it may be a cheaper option for some than the 0845 number. -- Carol carol.pearson29@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx On Tuesday, March 10, 2009 9:52 AM (UK time), Alexander Shannon at alexander.shannon@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx said: > Hi Peter, carol, Amro and all Eset users, > > Following Peters request for help with a number for Eset, > I'm also a user of Eset products, (Nod32 in my case), and I > had reason to contact Eset support by telephone yesterday, > so after reading messages on this thread, I took a look at > www.eset.co.uk and found they do have a support number, it > is 0845 838 0832 I hope that helps. > > Alexander Shannon > > > ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- > ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] > ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: > ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > ** and in the Subject line type > ** unsubscribe > ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the > ** immediately-following link:- > ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] > ** or send a message, to > ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq __________ Information from ESET Smart Security, version of virus signature database 3923 (20090310) __________ The message was checked by ESET Smart Security. http://www.eset.com ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq
