Thanks, Carol - at least I know that I am not alone! Calling Eset seemed the
obvious answer
except that, like most companies, they appear to be closed until 5 January!
And i doubt if
any e-mails would be answered either!
Will let you know if and when I get it sorted - presumably in 2009!
