Yes if you didn't purchase a warrantee where the postage was paid, or a
currier comes out sent by the dealer/manufacture, then you are libel for all
shipping payments to the repairer. Suggest you use some curier service, or
royal mail special delivery, or other type of traceable, insured service. I
know it costs, but so does your Braille display etc. And if it gets lost in
transit, and you have not purchased insurance for it, you're busted.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Hi all
If one buys as new, equipment such as a mobile phone, Braille Note taker,
embosser etc.
If the kit is under warranty, and becomes faulty and one has to Send it
away, is it normal to have to pay the costs To send it away, or would
the warranty normally cover such Costs.

My braille note is faulty, only had it two months and yet I am suppo0sed
to pay to send it back.

Regards, Derek
