[access-uk] Re: Epson printer/ink question

Hi Katherine,
I'm sure there is an option to just print in black and white. If your
printer default is set to print in colour, even though the document is all
in black and white, there might be a chance that it will assume colours are
required, and since there is no yellow it will say you can't print. But I'm
sure if you select print in black and white, though I can't say at the
moment where that option is, there's a chance it will print. It must be in
the print options window somewhere.

Well how do I do that?

At the moment I do CTRL P in Word, then I get the message about the yellow
ink running out. That has a close button which I press. Then there's
another message basically saying the same thing, which has "how to buy"
button and "ok" button. I press ok then it just takes me back into Word.
