[access-uk] Epsom Scanner knocking

Hi all.
My Epsom Scanner has been disconnected from my computer since Christmas. I
attached the cables this afternoon and a loud knocking sound came from the
device. The sound is coming from about three inches in from the right side
bottom.. Can anyone tell me what is happening please, I need to photocopy
some stuff for this afternoon's post. Best wishes. Andy
