Hi,

Probably because the update is too big to complete over the air. It does
this sometimes. Just connect to a PC.

All the best

Steve

Hi Steve. I have a new firmware waiting to be installed and the updater
will only make it available to update vior PC. I have the E72 and
thought that updates can be done over the air. I have two updates in
software manager and one is the phone update and the other is Ovi
Contacts. Why am I only getting the option of updating from my PC and
not over the air?
