[access-uk] Duplicate messages

Hi Everyone. I'm getting duplicate messages from most of my mailing list 
groups. I thought it was Yahoo at first but I'm getting the same messages from 
Freelists. Is it a problem at my end or a general problem with these list 
hosts.
