Hi Mike.
One possibility you could try is www.driveragent.com. Its a powerful driver
finder which scans your computer to give you a detailed hardware report.
You have to pay to download any drivers from their website, but just to do a
hardware scan is free and it will tell you what hardware drivers you will
need, specifically those that need updating or aren't even there in the
first place.
All the best, Ibrahim.

Hi James, Lyn, Nash & Twinny,
Thanks for your replies, as far as I know, she tried the Driver.com site,
but no joy. She had XP on the netcomputer before, but as it was loaded by
the store; had no backup disks.
Will see how things go,
Kind regards,
Mike
