I think this is anissue with radio WM. I can't speak generally for the
commercial stations in this area, but I do know that SAga 1057fm does accept
e-mail.

My local BBC radio station, Radio Kent, gives listeners the option to either e-mail or text. The e-mail addresses for each show and the text number are frequently broadcast. Listener feedback is very much encouraged, leading to a truly interactive service.
