No, Diskeeper isn't free, it costs around 20 quid for the standard home user
license and more than 40 for the home professional version. Considering its
only a disk defragmentation tool, I think that's a little hefty.

What I personally like about disckeeper is that you don't have to do
anything. It runs as a windows service, defrags on it's own, optimising it
appropriately depending on if computer is idle or in use.
