Diskeeper does have a technical support email address, perhaps you should 
direct your enquiries to them.  You pay enough for the product so they should 
help you out with this situation.

it is diskeeper that is causing the problem.  I haven't had any problems like 
this with diskeeper and I have been using it since version 7.
