Hi Marie Ok many thanks for this, please could you tell me where to go and update the driver please, I keep getting the message to update the driver and when I look on the website for it I cannot find any thing to do with driver update. Hope you can help me Marie.

I do, and I do not have any problem. Use your tab key to read the different part of the screen, remember to save your label before you print it and everything else in the software is pretty straightforward. I wouldn't be without it.
