Hi Andrew,

I use WordWeb from

http://www.wordweb.co.uk/

It sits quietly in the system tray and you can use it from within any program. To lookup a word, copy it then press alt control w and the WordWeb window will pop up with the definitions. I use the free version and find it adequate for my needs.

HTH,
Amro
