Well my sympathy Geff as same happened to me for the first time the other day. I just could not believe I was so stupid, in all the years! Thankfully I was more fortunate than yourself but as Barry said, it was a good lesson to learn so I now ensure that I have a few back-ups. This software can do wonders however it is never wise to count on it. If the drive itself is damaged the prospects for wallet are not very good assuming it is even possible to repair the drive.
