Oh! Possibly as simple as that? I have bought a USB enclosure to connect the drive with and once I work out where the 2 tiny plugs in it go into the drive I'll give that a try.

Many thanks

Roger

Provided you have "View Hidden and System files" turned on,
My Computer should do the job.

You could also go into a command prompt, change to that
drive by typing the drive letter followed by a colon. The
type dir and press enter, which will display any files and
folders remaining.

George.

Hi All

I have a couple of internal hard drives that I want to check
for any data
that may remain on them. Can anyone recommend a software
application that
would possibly do the job for me please.

Many thanks

Roger
