Hi Dave,

Daisy is already MP3. All you have to do is make a Daisy recording, then
just copy the files that are MP3 over. All that conversion malarkey is not
necessary.

All the best

Steve

Andy,

Why not try making a daisy recording on the PTR1, and then create an
audio disc also using the PTR1. Then put the disc in your PC and rip it
to the PC using windows media player, converting it to MP3 in the
process.
Hope this helps.

Dave

Hi all -

If I use the line in on my PTR1 to make a daisy recording, is there any
programme I can use to then convert it to mp3?

The PTR1 is the only daisy player I have, and I don't like to be totally
dependent on it to read the recorded books; I'd like to have MP3 as an
alternative back-up.

Thanks -

Andy
