I'm aware of two DAISY players for the Mac:
Olearia is free from http://code.google.com/p/olearia/)
ReadHear supports Learning Ally (was RFB&D) and has a 30-day free demo,
www.gh-accessibility.com/software/readhear-mac-instant-download
And for iOS devices, there's DaisyWorm for £2.39
I've not used any of these so can't comment further.
