I've tried an mp3 and a single doc file, and I've tried 'send to' but I still get the same message. My question is why can't I copy anything to disc? When I try copy and paste, I get the following message: Problem copying. Windows encountered a problem when trying to copy this file. What do you want Windows to do? There are two buttons: retry and cancel. Retry just brings up the same message.
