Hi All,

At the risk of falling into the fire on this one, I personally am sick
to death of the many duplicates I'm getting. I strongly suspect it's
the ISP's getting into a mess because I'm getting them from a number of
mailing lists and they're not just from Yahoo. However, I'm not sure
how to go about to prove this and/or to rectify the situation. The
other avenue that I wonder about is whether duplicates are being
processed because of perhaps the correct and incorrect way to address
mail:

Examples:

carol.pearson@xxxxxxxxxxxx

Or

'carol pearson' <carol.pearson@xxxxxxxxxxxx>

George, Andrew and anyone else with knowledge of these things, have you
any thoughts on the matter?
