Hi everybody, with regard to creating and navigating to bookmarks in the DM5 I've pasted Olympus's instructions below. I would be interested to see if anyone else has more success in making it work than I have. Olympus's instructions are as follows: The bookmarks can be set during daisy book it's playback. To set the bookmarks, please use the F1 button. Please make sure that when you go into PREFERENCES - SYSTEM MENU - FN SETTING you have the option INDEX selected under F1. When you play a DAISY book, do you have the word BOOKMARK above the F1 button? In order for the playback to resume from a certain position, you have to specify if this position is the last bookmark, or the last chapter or the last section etc set in skip mode in book menu.

Since the DM 5 will remember the last bookmark it's position , it will
resume the playback from the last bookmark.
If you wish to to resume playback at the point you were at the point of
leaving the book, you need to set a bookmark before turning the unit off.

                   John.
