[access-uk] Copying over OE folders to new computer

Hi all.
I want to copy all of my folders in Outlook Express, from my XP Home edition computer to my new XP MS edition computer.
I used to have a short tutorial outlining how to achieve this but cannot find it. 

Any advise wood be very welcomed.
