On Ebay UK there is a phone number near the top of every page which says
customer services next to it.

Does anyone know how you contact eBay with an issue relating to your account?
I've been all around their help topics and nothing relates to my problem. I've
tried entering a question, the the answers are complete unrelated to the
question it's a joke. There does not seem to be a link anywhere simply to Email
them with your problem and get assistance from a human-being. Can anyone help?
