[access-uk] Concerto.

hi guys, I'm wondering if anyone on list is using the Concerto audio system from Wireless for the blind?. 
I'm having the following problem with the Concerto.
When trying to play the DAB or FM radio, I'm getting nothing at all.
No radio at all, just silence.
The CD Stereo Cassette and SD functions are working just great, it seems to be just the radio for some unknown reason. 

Any help in this matter would be apreciated indeed.
I would like to try sort out the problem myself, before I pack the thing up and send it all back to the company,
