My friend is more than happy with the BT spam guard. You just have to check it regularly to see if e-mails have beenmarked as spam which are not spam. There are lots of spam filtering programs, but I think Cloudmark was
recommended to me, so I went for it.  I can't remember whether there is a
free trial, but go to

Thank you for your reply.
I think on the strength of what you say, I will give cloud a try if there is
a trial version. I did use Jaws, but I now use Supernova and going by what 
you say, I think I would like to give cloud a try and see if it works for
me.
