Hi Roger,
Not perfect, but Disk Cleanup will certainly help to get rid
of Temporary files, and much more.
My Computer, right click drive, Properties, General Tab,
Disk Cleanup button. It can take a little time, so be
patient.

I had a small problem earlier today, now sorted, but I
discovered I have a
great number of temporary files on my system. I run
CCleaner, Ad Aware and
Spybot and always assumed one or all of those cleared them
as well as other
things. It seems not.
Can anyone advise me of a simple application which will
clean these files
off of my system please.
