Steve, I can't see any obvious way of changing my pin from my account. I've
just checked again... as well I skimmed through the manual but could find
nothing about changing pin codes. Could you give more details please? If indeed
I've to contact Serotek to change pin as others have pointed, well, that is an
odd requirement for a simple task. Any reasons for that?
Thanks as ever.

Hi Iain,
You can log into your account and change your pin, if you know what your pin
is. If you don't, you will have to contact Serotek.
Regarding the special offer, you will need to go direct to them, as we have
no time to set it up here in the UK.
All the best
Steve

And while we're at it, is there any way to retrieve a PIN? On logon screen
there isn't, like on most websites, some sort of forgotten password link.

Subject: [access-uk] Changing my System Access pin?
Hi, how does one change their SA logging pin number please? Have just
created a free account but I can't figure how to change my four digit pin to
something I'm more likely to remember!
While I'm at it, is it true that this weekend SA is offering $200 price
reduction on software purchases? Maybe Steve can confirm?
Cheers,
Amro
