[access-uk] Re: Census Form

Hi,
Further to a discussion about the internet access codes on the census form last week, I tried scanning mine this morning and it worked. I use K1000 and set the thresholding to grey scale and scanned the front page, including internet access code. Maybe people would like to give it a try, especially if there's no one to read the code.
