The word should be 'Cécogramme'. It is a French word, which could be
translated as 'Post for the blind', in other words, the equivalent of the
UKs 'Articles for the Blind'. 'Cécogramme' should be written on the
address label of any 'Articles for the Blind' post which is sent overseas.
The 'Céco' part of the word comes from the Latin 'Caecus', which means blind.
