[access-uk] Card And Card Reader.

Brian  has card reader slots in  his Dell desktop and  when we inserted my card 
which works perfectly well with my Victor Reader and also with ,my card reader, 
nothing happened at all but when we remove it we hear *please insert card* or 
maybe disk into which ever drive it is.  Any ideas?
Does Brian need to call Dell out  as this indicates that it's faulty?
