Alexander, If you have K1000 set to keep immages in the same file it will retain the pictures etc.

Hi all,

As a result of some voluntary work I'm doing for a committee
linked to Birmingham City Council, I have been sent a .pdf
file which contains photographs and drawings as well as
text.

can anyone suggest a program that could convert this 104
page document from .pdf into a more screen-reader friendly
document without stripping out the drawings and photographs?

Please note that I have already tried running the file
through K1000 but it didn't retain the drawings and
photographs.
