[access-uk] Re: Can a book courier play files with the extention m3u?

Hi Alex,

An M3U file is merely a playlist for Winamp, Windows Media Player etc, to
tell the player in what order to play the files. Book Courier does not
support these files, so you need to download the MP3 files directly. If you
open the M3U file in Notepad, you will see the direct links to the MP3 files
individually, and can download them from there.

All the best

Subject: [access-uk] Can a book courier play files with the extention m3u?

Hi all,

I have downloaded some of the programs from the National Talking Express
website and wish to put them onto my Book courier when I receive it soon.

However, I am not certain if the NTE files will play on the book courier as
their extension is m3u.

I will also be sending a copy of the text of this message to the National
Talking Express WEB Master, but if anyone on this list happens to know the
answer I would appreciate a reply.

Thank you in advance.
