For some time, Chip Orange has been developing a Word template and associated
macros to allow screen reader users using any recent version of Microsoft Word
to print CD labels, those on the disk itself as well as those for the front and
spine of the jewel case, using Avery 5692 laser labels or 8692 ink jet labels.
The template also allows for creation of a bar code which can be read by
talking bar code readers and scripts. I have agreed to host these files, so if
you want a zip archive containing the readme text file, explaining how to
