[access-uk] Re: CAN ANYONE CONFIRM, please

yes you are right there. he wants a USB drive, sometimes known as a flash
drive.

If he knows so little about ordering that he makes this kind of mistake, he
may be better going to a local computer shop or even PC world near him. He
stands more chance of getting the right product that way and ordering from
the website can be difficult if you do not know what you are doing as there
is not always an obvious place where you can go for advice.

Subject: [access-uk] CAN ANYONE CONFIRM, please

Hi all,

A friend of mine, not knowing anything about "memory cards and sticks" has
ordered the following from PC World:

Quantity Code Description
1 033877 JUST RAMS V_3200DDR 512DIM
1 177581 D&I DELIVERY SMALL

Total price: £35.94

I suspect that this is probably RAM for the computer and not a stick on
which he can keep his files. Can anyone confirm this, please?
