[access-uk] Re: Buying JAWS from Sight and Sound

Hi Andy

If you have just bought your upgrade, it might be that it hasn't gone
through at FS as yet. You know how paranoid they are over there? Let
Technical Support know about this, but I suspect it is because you have just
made a purchase that hasn't been clerically sorted out somewhere in the
States.

Kind Regards,

Jackie Cairns

Hi Jackie -

Thanks for this confirmation. I've since had emails from Neil Burge
acknowledging this problem, and it has now been fixed, so something has
improved, that's good.

I've now bought my upgrade, and now can't get the darn activation to stick!
I get told my activation has been successful, and click the finish button,
only to have JAWS pop up and tell me again that it is running in 40 minute
demo mode, and to activate my purchase. Each time I have tried, my 20 digit
code is automatically placed in the edit field, so all seems to be ok, but
like I say, going round in circles here, and rebooting doesn't make any
difference either.

Any thoughts? -

Andy
