Christine - I think Alexander is using an older CD player, that's why he
can't play a CDRW in it as far as I understand - Andy

| Not true, I don't have any problems with CDR's or CDRW's in any of our cd
| players, but if you do then yours must be one of the very old players, in
| the days when they Only played pre recorded CD's! Christine W.-----

| Alexander - you need an audio[music] cd rather than a data cd; CDRW disks
| are data cds; when it comes to cdr disks, you can get data or music'
disks,
| so for this project, you will need a music disk.
|
| most cd players these days will play a range of disks, including shop
bought
| or home made cds, mp3s, super audio disks, but it sounds like you are
using
| an older machine that only plays music cds, and in that case, whilst you
| could play your cds in an mp3 player, you can not play mp3s in your
regular
| cd machine.
| so like I said, you will need the right kind of disk for the .wav file you
| want to burn.

|| Hi Andy,
||
|| Now that what I asked has been clarified. My next question to both
|| yourself, and also to Iain Lackie, is the following. What sort of CD do
I
|| actually need if it is to be put in the computer, have the MP3 file from
| the
|| website put onto it and then be played in a normal CD player?
||
|| Thank you in advance for your answers.
