I have never used a so-called audio CD for making audio discs and I have
never had any problems. At less than ten pence a disc you have nothing to
use.

Alexander - you need an audio[music] cd rather than a data cd; CDRW disks
are data cds; when it comes to cdr disks, you can get data or music' disks,
so for this project, you will need a music disk.

most cd players these days will play a range of disks, including shop bought
or home made cds, mp3s, super audio disks, but it sounds like you are using
an older machine that only plays music cds, and in that case, whilst you
could play your cds in an mp3 player, you can not play mp3s in your regular
cd machine.
so like I said, you will need the right kind of disk for the .wav file you
want to burn.

| Hi Andy,
|
| Now that what I asked has been clarified. My next question to both
| yourself, and also to Iain Lackie, is the following. What sort of CD do I
| actually need if it is to be put in the computer, have the MP3 file from
the
| website put onto it and then be played in a normal CD player?
|
| Thank you in advance for your answers.
