'struth, how much spam do you get? Unless the spam you receive has full motion video attached ( and really we don't want to go there ), the most an email would amount to even with html links is around 20k. By far the biggest chunk of bandwidth would be taken up with movies, audio books or music albums. Streaming radio or t.v. and large collections of jpg's ( and again we really don't want to go there ) comes close so all in all an upper limit of say 3 gigs per month is going to be average.
