Hi Chris, Unless they have changed recently, keep clear of AOL. They install proprietary software on your system, including a customised browser. They have also been the subject of many accessibility lawsuits in the States. I manage quite a few lists, and very seldom see anyone with an AOL address - which in itself speaks volumes. I'd like some urgent comments and feedback please on these providers, whether they're good or bad, what service you've had off them, how good they were if you've experienced problems, things like that. All comments and feedback will be very welcoming indeed, and I thank you very much in advance for them. This is part of some research I'm doing for my father as he's absolutely clueless on broadband, particularly with regards to what providers tell you online. If you can, please send all comments and feedback before Friday, and I'll forward them all to my father. Thanks again, and take care. ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq
