Hi that really helps.
I am a bit thick about Flash.
If I use a search engine like the Google accessible engine would that avoid bringing the unit to a standstill if it encountered a Flash site? ----- Original Message ----- From: "Paul Porter" <surfport@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Hi Jeff

Replying from my home email.

I wouldn't say it's slow but it won't handle flash content from sources like the BBC Iplayer. You can listen to mp3 sources of radio and download podcasts from the BBC etc.

It works well with google, Amazon and other sources.

To get other content you could connect the Braillesense to an Iphone/Ipod etc. You would have braille feedback from the Iphone and be able to control the Iphone from the Braillesense.

Regards

Paul

Hi Paul and Jackie,
Thanks for the help.
I am coming to the conclusion that for Internet the Braille sense is probably a bit slow.
I know Jackie thinks this, what about you Paul?
Cheers Jeff

Dear Jeff

I'd be happy to talk to you about the Braillesense. I use one for media
playback and internet.

Regards

Paul Porter
