Hi, Steve,

I really think for personal matters it doesn't matter what contractions you 
use or whether they are correct as long as other folks know what you mean.

For instance, we now use the a r contraction in the word dear. But if 
someone used the e a contraction it wouldn't matter a bit, would it? All a 
matter of preference.
