[access-uk] Boot times Windows 8 and 10

 I tried to send the following message to blind tech but it bounced. 
 

 
 I have used both Windows 8 and 10. The boot time on 10 is longer than 8. Also 
it seems to get longer every time. 
I have gone back to 8. 
Is there anyway of making boot times in 8 and 10 faster?  I have removed all 
start up programs in 8. 
Also as a blind person I actually like 8 more than 10.
