Ok, I'll give it a go.
 
I don't think it's activated though because I've never actually put a book
from audible on there before.

Hi Sharon,
 
It's not possible that it is already activated, is it?  How about trying to
deactivate it first, and see what that gives you.  If it says its
deactivated, then try activating again.

if you are trying to activate your BC on the wrong web site, as that won't
work.  For example, I am a subscriber to HYPERLINK
"http://www.audible.com"http://www.audible.com, and I won't be able to
activate my BC on HYPERLINK
"http://www.audible.co.uk"http://www.audible.co.uk.  I am also not sure that
the BC supports accounts on HYPERLINK
"http://www.audible.co.uk"http://www.audible.co.uk as yet.

Hi,
 
I am having problems activating my BC with audible.  I have inserted the
user name and password as instructed, but it can't find my account details.
 
I am not a subscribing member, but just buy books as and when, however, I
still have an account.
 
Both the books are in my audible manager waiting to put on to the BC, but I
don't seem to be able to get any further.
 
Please forgive me for sending this to this group rather than the BC group,
but I am subscribed to that on the work PC, and as I work very near Kings
Cross, may not be able to get into work next week to find out.
