[access-uk] Bluetooth problem solved!!

Phew! I've finally cracked it everyone!!
 
I created a restore point and, to cut a bit of a long story short,
removed the WinCom Bluetooth software.  Then I visited the Microsoft
Update site and downloaded the only remaining hardware driver for
Bluetooth that it wouldn't previously allow me to install.  Then, once
the Netbook restarted, I went to send a file from the NC10 to the N82
and this transferred perfectly like it ought to have done in the first
place.  I knew there was something about the software that was
conflicting, so I'm glad to have resolved it.
 
Thanks to all for your help as ever, and for allowing me to bend your
ears about it!! (smiles).
