[access-uk] Belkin 54G modem disconnecting from BT internet

Hi

I am wondering if anyone has experienced this problem.

I have connected for a friend a belkin 54G aDSL router/modem, and the person is using a BT internet account. However, despite my best efforts and checking various settings, the modem seems to disconnect from BT internet about every thirty minutes. When it is unplugged from the electricity and reconnected, obviously the router is reset and internet access is restored.

Before I start calling BT and/or Belkin, has this happened to anyone else please?
