[access-uk] Backing up with Norton Ghost

Hi Everyone.
Yesterday Lyn mentioned backing up her system with Norton ghost, she was able
without sighted assistance to get her computer up and running. For anyone
using NG, could you tell me what is involved? Do you back up to external hard
drive or DVD disks, and if you do use an external drive, can you also use it to
store files or must it be entirely dedicated for the use of Norton Ghost?
